Unless you are a Braze practitioner, navigating through the Braze dashboard can be quite daunting, given the multiple steps one needs to take even if it’s just to get to a preview.
Customer Journey Explorer is an easy-to-use analytics + preview tool for Braze. This tool is a 10x simplifier.
With Customer Journey Explorer, every campaign and canvas is indexed and searchable by name, tag or ID, whereby journeys are drawn out and presented as a customer journey map with every step depicted and previewable with just a click.
What it does
- Search across every campaign and canvas by name, tag or ID, and filter by programme type or channel — email, push, WhatsApp
- Draw a canvas journey as a step map, so branches, delays and message timing are visible at a glance instead of one node at a time
- Preview the real message behind any step — subject, sender, reply-to, and the email rendered, as plain text, or as raw HTML
- Read campaign and canvas performance alongside the creative, so what was sent and how it did sit in the same view
- Give people who do not live in Braze — brand, content, analytics, leadership — a way to see what customers are actually receiving without a seat and a tour
